Zara Academy offers IELTS, PTE, and spoken English coaching, along with study-visa counselling support, at our centre in Ludhiana. Course structure, batch timings, and trainers may vary between intakes and are confirmed at the time of enrolment.
Regular attendance is expected, since mock tests and speaking practice build on earlier sessions. We reserve the right to ask a student to leave a batch in cases of disruptive behaviour, harassment of staff or other students, or repeated breach of centre rules, without a refund for remaining sessions in such cases.
Mock test scores and internal assessments given during coaching are our best estimate of your readiness and do not guarantee your actual IELTS, PTE, or other official test result. Your final score depends on the official testing body and factors outside our control, including your own performance on test day.
Our study-visa counselling helps with university shortlisting, SOP drafting, and documentation guidance. We do not guarantee university admission, visa approval, or any outcome from an immigration authority, as these decisions rest entirely with the relevant university or government body.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on how much of the batch has been delivered at the time of the request. Any applicable refund terms specific to your enrolment will be shared with you in writing at the time of admission.
